Take a small amount of the balm on your fingertips and gently massage the balm into the affected area(s) of your skin, using circular motions. Apply more balm as needed, until the desired level of relief is achieved.

For optimal results, it is recommended to use the balm several times a day, as needed.

The balm with cinnamon, ginger, clove, orange, lemon, and capsaicin oil is best suited for individuals who suffer from muscle pain, soreness, or inflammation. It can also be helpful for athletes or individuals who engage in strenuous physical activities.
