If there’s one thing we see people do every summer, it’s look for something new. Parents look for different summer camps to send their kids to, young adults look for different treks and and trips. We did the same thing. We wanted to bring you something new, something summery. So we went looking for the best summer fruits and the Green Apple stood out. This fruit isn’t commonly seen on the Indian food scene so we set out for an adventure. We also wanted to use an herb we haven’t tried yet, so the combination of Apple and Thyme was born. We pride ourselves on our ability to experiment and this one is a rather successful one!
The tart and refreshing flavor of the green apple pairs perfectly with the earthy and minty flavor of the thyme creating a balanced and flavorful combination. The aroma of the thyme gives the drink a pleasant and refreshing scent complementing the fresh and fruity aroma of the green apples. The mixer is sweet and savory, fruity and herbal all at the same time.
