• Free return and full refund (including any shipping fees), or a free exchange if you receive a damaged/defective/used/wrong product.

• Product was not returned in its original condition and packaging, with price tags and labels attached
• Product was custom-made or customized
• Product was sold at a discount or subject to any other type of purchase incentive (e.g., freebies, buy 1-get-1-free, etc.),
• Product was supplied in response to customer's prior exchange request

TIME LIMIT

Any return/exchange request must be raised within 2 days of order delivery.
