ELIGIBILITY
- Free return and full refund (including any shipping fees), or a free exchange if you receive a damaged/defective/used/wrong product.

- Product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged by customer
- Product was not returned in its original condition and packaging, with price tags and labels attached
- Product was custom-made or customized
- Product was sold at a discount or subject to any other type of purchase incentive (e.g., freebies, buy 1-get-1-free, etc.),
- Product was supplied in response to customer's prior exchange request

TIME LIMIT
Any return/exchange request must be raised within 2 days of order delivery.
REFUND
- In case of an eligible return for receiving a defective/damaged/expired/used/wrong product, you will receive a full refund (including any shipping fees).
- In any other case of an eligible return, you will receive a refund minus any original shipping fees.
