Hi! I'm Sumidha Butta, a Co-Founder of Whe.
We started Whe in 2020 to empower women artisans both through building a financial ecosystem for them and by connecting them with the modern consumer. We sensitize customer towards eco-friendly alternatives of products they use and every purchase ensures a fair wage to artisans.
My coworkers and I spend our time equally between designing accessories and creating the infrastructure for training our women artisan communities in life skills.
Wearing our accessories is akin to honoring the life of the women artisans who've created them. We hope you like our products.
